Reservations cannot be booked for more than 7 consecutive days within a given month. You may only book 1 site per membership number on any given day. Upon completing your reservation, you will receive email confirmation of your stay. This includes the campsite number you have been assigned, however the campsite number is subject to change. Should you need to be moved to another campsite number you will be notified prior to your arrival via email or at the time of check-in. From time to time, unexpected events occur and we reserve the right to have you move during your stay. Your cooperation with such matters is greatly appreciated. If you wish to move to a different campsite it must first be authorized by FRVA staff. Moving without approval causes reservation issues for the member who has already booked that site and can have a domino effect for any subsequent member(s) who are misplaced. Any unauthorized moves will be charged $100 to the credit card on file. FRVA member "Goose Egg" emblem must be displayed on the front of your RV at all times during your stay. See staff for temporary tag if needed. Members on official FRVA business can stay free of charge for the duration of their business with FRVA, plus one day before their FRVA business begins and 1 day after their FRVA business concludes. Members at the campground for a called meeting shall have priority over the reservation system. Overnight parking and/or reservations may be denied due to called meeting(s). Make sure levelers are dropped on the concrete pad and not in the grass or, if on blacktop sites, no leveling jacks down on the blacktop. Because that spot becomes unavailable to other FRVA members upon completion of your reservation, if you cancel, you will be charged a $5.00 processing fee. You will automatically be checked-in at 1:00 p.m. the day you are scheduled to arrive. You will receive an email to this affect with important information you will need during your stay. You will also be automatically checked-out at 11:00am on your scheduled day of departure. At this time, if there is any remaining cost for your stay, it will be charged to the credit card on file and an email receipt will be sent. A dumpster is provided for disposal of trash. NO trash is to be left at the site. Pets must remain on a leash at all times. Owners shall clean up after their pets. Water faucet should be placed in the "down" position before leaving site. When temperatures drop below freezing, water faucets may be used to fill tanks, but must be unhooked immediately after fill is complete. Failure to unhook may cause the faucet to freeze and result in damage. If the backflow valve is found to be missing after your departure, you will be charged an additional $10. A chapter may schedule a two-day rally, free of charge, at the Round Bottom Road facility once every two years; however, it must be limited to no more than fourteen (14) recreational vehicles.
